Easy & Delicious Grain-Free Bread

I’ve tried numerous bread recipes and this is one of the best on my list for sandwiches! This Grain-Free Bread is super easy to make. You only need two types of flour. Yes, you read correctly, only two types of flour – Almond and Arrowroot. The texture is soft, but dense making it perfect for sandwiches or grilled cheese. You can make the bread even more nutritious by adding Hemp Hearts to the dough, but it isn’t necessary. 


For 9″ bread loaf pan:


  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F and grease a 9″ bread loaf pan with a little bit of avocado oil.
  2. Whisk wet ingredients first except the vinegar. Add dry ingredients and lastly the apple cider vinegar. Mix well.
  3. Transfer to the loaf pan.
  4. Bake on 350 °F for 35-40 minutes, or until the loaf passes the toothpick test. Enjoy!

Optionally, you can add 1/2 cup of hulled hemp hearts to the dough.
