Need a sweet way to cool down?
Try this easy, refreshing, sweet, but healthy sorbet! It sure will be your family’s favorite treat!
It’s better to use frozen strawberries to make this sorbet, but fresh strawberries also work. It just takes a little longer time to make it. You will also need a whole organic lemon including the peel and Allulose sweetener.
Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 cup Allulose sweetener
- 1 whole organic lemon (deseeded)
Directions
- Dissolve Allulose sweetener in warm water and let it cool a little.
- Add frozen strawberries into a blender with Allulose water.
- Add cut organic lemon with the skin and without seeds.
- Blend until smooth.
- Transfer into a freezer friendly container and place in the freezer to let freeze a little bit more (1-2 hours), stirring occasionally. If using fresh strawberries, it will take much longer to freeze, approximately 6 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
